I don't have a picture for this recipe...but I will take one when I make it again next week. This was so so good! I can't even tell you where I found this recipe because A) I don't remember...I have a newborn and there is no telling where I found it because it isn't even on my Pinterest board so it was probably a middle of the night feeding find and B) I broke my mother's rule and changed so much stuff in this recipe that I am just claiming it as my own.
Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon McCormick Perfect Pinch Sicilian Crushed Red Pepper and Garlic Seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large ziplock bag, shake together all three ingredients. Pour seasoned broccoli on a cookie sheet in a single layer. (I lined mine with foil.) Bake for 30 minutes. The tips of the florets should be browned and the broccoli will be crisp.
So good. So, so good. I mean...this may be my new go-to side dish.
