Recipe Review - One Dish Chicken Dinner

Sometimes recipes sound SO easy that it makes me think it can't be good.  This One Dish Chicken Dinner has been popping up on Pinterest since I first started pinning.  I have been afraid to try it for fear that it's too good to be true...

One Dish Chicken Dinner

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast (I used chicken tenderloins)
Red potatoes, cubed
1 can of green beans (I omitted this because I do not like green beans)
1 packet of dry Italian dressing mix (I used the Garlic and Herb one)
1 stick of butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Arrange the chicken, potatoes, and green beans in a 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the dish.  Pour melted butter over everything.  Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.  Remove foil for the last 10 minutes.  (I didn't cover it with foil at all and it turned out just fine...)

So all my worrying was for nothing because this was VERY good!  Since I didn't make the green beans, I served it with Roasted Broccoli.  Yummy and oh-so-easy!
